Microsoft has recently announced that it is previewing a feature that will allow the users to control the music and audio from within your phone app. This feature will allow them directly regulate tunes and podcast on their Android smartphones from their PC.The feature is currently limited the your phone app running on the latest windows insider build, and Microsoft has said that it is gradually rolling out to your phone version. your phone app is developed by Microsoft by windows 10 for connecting to Android devices. with the app users can receive phone calls, access photos, and more on their computers.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• The your phone app can control music on Spotify, Amazon Music.
• It is not going to support Youtube videos and Audible books.
• According to Microsoft this feature is added to your phone in version 1.20041.82.  

Microsoft is planning to bring music control to its your phone app that is going to allow Android users to see and control what song they are playing on their smartphones. The software developer has started testing the new feature in the preview version in windows 10, It is expected to appear for everyone in coming weeks. Audio tracks playing on phone will be synced to your phone PC app, and there even a mini player like built in windows 10 music controls.

 The new feature will allow users to do basic task such as skip forward and backwards between tracks and albums. One can also switch between multiple sources using the dropdown in the audio player. Apps Such as Spotify, Youtube Music, Xiaomi Music and Google podcast are supported but it does not currently support Youtube video and Audible.

To use this feature you will need a PC with October 2018 update or Newer smartphone with Android 7 or newer. This feature is still being actively developed and Microsoft soon implement other media-related controls including the options use the PC as a speaker.
